Al Mahara Diving Center

Living in Abu Dhabi, I do most of my diving with Al Mahara Diving Center. I also recently completed the PADI Divemaster course and started the Assistant Instructor course with them.

My good friend, Kathleen Russell, is the is the PADI Course Director and manages the center. With a number of full time and freelance instructors available, they are able to accommodate just about any of your training needs from PADI Open Water to Master Diver as well as most specialties. They are also your go-to spot for any PADI GoPro programs from Divemaster to Staff Instructor.

Al Mahara can organize diving trips throughout the UAE and Oman with a focus on weekly dives to the wrecks and reefs along Abu Dhabi’s coastline. They have 3 dive boats available and run trips most Fridays and Saturdays with weekdays and night dives on request.
