6th and final dive of our 2019 Musandam Liveaboard Dhow Trip.
Unfortunately, the wind picked up a bit and the surface got a bit choppy which didn’t help the visibility and even though the water temp. was 23°C, I got very cold on the shaded side of the rock.
It is a nice site though and there are plenty of levels as the rock walls level off at different depths. There are also a few shallower areas covered in coral where the turtles like to hang out, but we didn’t see any on this dive.
Interesting Stuff:
Saw quite a few Emperor Angelfish, lots of fanworms in all shapes and colors, healthy hard and soft corals, cowfish, and large schools of bannerfish and triggerfish.
