My first dive of 2019 and the first dive of our 2019 Musandam Liveaboard Dhow Trip.
Diving with my favorite dive buddy, Izzy! She did her Deep Adventure Dive with me, working towards becoming a PADI Jr Advanced Openwater Diver.
After the required skills, I was able to try out the new BigBlue VTL-3500 with the Kit Dive Tray on our Olympus TG-5 in the Seafrogs housing. I will write up a separate post on the gear I use, but the new light is awesome!
Interesting Stuff:
We saw a lot of nice stuff, but the photos were still hit-and-miss! Favorites included the big lionfish, cuttlefish, soft corals, and seeing how Izzy is really starting to think like a diver with great buoyancy.
